The Silver ID Bracelets

In elementary school it was common that everyone wore an ID silver link bracelets . There were widely advertised stories of kidnappings in the newspapers and on television. I remember my ID silver link bracelet had a clown face on it with my name and address and telephone number on it, should I get lost someone would be able to identify me.

The size of the chain in a silver link bracelet is a factor when deciding if the bracelet is for a man, woman or child. Larger chains are sometimes bulky, creating more of a masculine look on a larger wrist, whereas a thinner, more delicate chain is for a woman’s delicate wrist or a child’s.
Tiffany recently revamped the silver link bracelets when it began selling its silver, chunky chain bracelet with a thin, silver heart, dangling off of the wrist easily made to engrave. Even today, you can’t go about town without seeing someone sporting the jingly silver link bracelet or a replica
